Loo Dilema!

Am in work and all the pipes have frozen so we have no running water. I made the mistake of having a second cup of tea and now I really need a wee! What would you do?

Problem with cat

My Lovely female cat has a thing about licking supermarket carrier bags. Does anybody know why she does it? She is an indoor cat, maybe that has something to do with it, maybe? Thanks in advance.
