ford focus blower switch

Hi ABers, does anyone know how to access the blower switch on a 2002 focus? Only the last position works which blows too hard so I need to get into the dashboard somehow and see if the switch is...

my sis wants me to cancel something in order to give her a lift somewhere...i have told her to get a taxi as its not far. she says she cant because according to her you are not allowed to use a car...
