Wiring Diagram for petrol Generator

Hi Im really stuck, I bought a petrol Generator Module 3000CL 2.5kva, It has a 240VLT/115VLT + 12VLT wiring panel at the side of the frame. My problem is when I first bought it, I did not need it...
