How did your 10K go today?

Mine went ok, but walked most of it, as I was doing it with a friend and she was in pain. Anyway, still managed to complete it and that's the main thing.

Does my company have to pay overtime rates?

Are companies obliged to pay staff, time and a half or double time rates of pay on bank holidays and other public holidays? I work for a large company and if we do any overtime, we get the same hourly...

I'm doing the British 10K run tomorrow, here in London. I'm running on behalf of the British Red Cross. I'm a bit concerned, as I'm not as fit as I could be. Does anyone think I'll die?
