HP Printer flashing

I have a HP PSC 1510 all in one. I went to print something this morning and it seemed to get ready to do it then everything has started flashing including the on off button. I can't turn it off...

hp printer sends out blank sheets

I tried to print a photo ,but it came out a funny colour.so i changed to new inks, and now it will not print any thing. even with the old inks replaced.
