Hilarious, but Lennon didn't say it. But I bit my tongue and say nothing.

Temperature  - four (degrees), tops, top Temperature - Four Tops - soul group - chuckle for anyone who knows who they are.

Andy, I know the Three  Degrees and the Four Tops and as you rightly pointed out, the Three Degrees were not a Motown Group, and I didn't understand the connection between the Four Tops and the weather.
