Changing A Fuse

Electric blanket stopped working, hoping it is the fuse.  On the plug it says 3 amp, but I only have 5 amp fuses. Would this be safe to use ??

M25 Junction 9&10 Closed

Two months after surgery the white of my eye still looks yellow and the lid slightly swollen.  Is this normal?  I have steroid drops.
