Why can't I send answers any more?

In the last few days I have been unable to send answers to posts. I can write the answer but there is no longer any button to press to submit. Why?

Chakka - can I recommend that instead of posting, you use the Contact us link at the bottom of the page (below here)? That goes straight to the Eds, rather than waiting for the Ed to trawl through the stuff in the blog.

Are you using IE6 chakka? If so, then you need to upgrade/update/whatever the techy term is, as I had same problem and it was because of IE6.

Thanks, China doll, you were quite right! Having just switched from Firefox I hadn't realised how out of date my IE was. All well now.

Well they have a submit button on both which is why I said it. I wasn't being sarky in any way, I just thought it weird that you were able to do one thing but not another.

I thought the same as you did postdog. However I am pleased that chakka's problem has been resolved. Although I still think AB's buttons are prone to being temperamental.
