I am experiencing some problems this morning with AnswerBank.

I have had to change my browser to Internet Explorer to enable me to post.

On Firefox, at first the message window would not open up and then the Submit Button would not work.

Have any other experienced any similar problems.

I was getting an error message for about 5 minutes on chrome earlier. Everything is fine apart from that though :)
Which version of FF were you using AOG? I understand you've now got two versions of it running on your PC?

I've never experienced this problem myself.

What was the error message Erin?
Aw I can't remember now Ed.. it happens a few times a week. Next time it happens i'll take a screen shot for you :)
No problems here on Firefox.

Hi Ed

I haven't two different versions of FireFox I have updated to 8.0.1 now.

I now notice that the problem seems to have been righted, it also started to cause a problem in internet Explorer, before it went back to normal.
This is irrelevant to your question, but how does one take a screen shot.On computers I,ve had before there was a button to do this, but not on the computer I have now. I used to find it very useful.
It's usually on the top row of the keyboard.. Mine has "Prt scr" on it. Press that while on the screen you want to take a shot of, open up Paint and paste the image.
I found it stopped dead a couple of times this morning (on Firefox), but then it picked up again. I imagine the Ed had taken his finger off the power supply button while he ate a biscuit.
Thanks erin-x thats brilliant,as you have probably gathered I,m rubbish with technology.
