Can't Access Ab .

I frequently can't access AB or If I do the pages don't turn or I can't post a question or answer. Is it lack of capacity at your end. ?

I don't have problems on other sites.

IE is the default now . I use to have chrome but after several crashes I got rid of it . It also used up a lot of memory and when I removed it. The speed improved .
Where do I find the cache ?

Whenever I want to browse I go straight to Google . For all the other apps
I go straight to the icon on the desktop, such as AB . So I don't go to IE first.
