Advertising On Answerbank

I don't know if it is my imagination but advertising seems to be increasing on A/B
Annoyingly I am now getting ads with sound repeated & repeated, & I have had to turn my sound off to come onto the site, is anyone else experiencing this ?

No, I don't get any sound at all. It doesn't look any different to me.

The ads don't bother me. This week I have booked a trip to France on le shuttle, enrolled with the open university, joined napster, bought a wheelie bin, joined talk talk, rung a psychic and dated a milf. :-)

Just tried the site in Safari and you're right. If you hover over adverts they play sounds. It doesn't in Firefox, I haven't tried IE or Chrome yet.

If you spot a dodgy ad you need to:

1. Tell us what it is for
2. Tell us what area of the screen you spotted it (i.e. at the top, on the left below the topics, in the centre)
3. Tell us what category it appeared in.

We can remove these ads, but we need your help!
