I suggest adding Lovatts -or is it Lovetts? ;) - and Daily Record.

Is there away of adding a little bit of text somewhere that says something along the lines of 'please post the exact clue and known letter pattern'

I notice the same title builder covering crosswords is also used on Q&P even though I thought the idea was for Crosswords to go in the new Crosswords section.
