Automated Emails From Ab
26 Answers
Threads I've subscribed to are listed on the side of the page, so I don't really need emails to tell me a new post has been added. Does anyone know how to stop them? I thought there might be something in my profile, but I can't see anything.

It shouldn't be too difficult for the Ed to arrange for E/mails to be 'knocked-out' and 'Subscribed Threads' continuing to be up-dated on the right hand side of the pages which appear on our individual computer screens.
Anyway, I have indicated in a previous thread the way I deal with the matter. :-

We probably need to put in an option for this.
When the site relaunched many moons ago we didn't send the subscription emails - assuming that members would do as you do and use the subscribed pod. We got a lot of requests to reinstate it, so we did.
Funny how everyone uses the site in a different way.
