How do I stop the ads keep blaring out when cursor isn't even any where near them, please?

If you let us know which slot they're in, what shape they are, what kind of page you spotted them on (question? profile? category?) and finally, what it was for - then we can set about blocking them :)

There was one with sound for Neurofen last week that kept coming up for me just to the right of the Best Answer box. I haven't seen/heard it today though
