Hello Editor,
A friend of mine deactivated her account and now would wish to return to Answer bank, but it will not let her sign up nor sign in with her same email address.
May you please advise how we can proceed?
Thank you

Some people, like yourself, deactivate by choice. We're not really able to help there - that was your choice so you have to deal with the consequences (otherwise there's not much point of having a deactivate button).
Some people have just been away for a long time, and made no contact, we deactivate automatically to reduce the size of the "active database". We can help these people out. We don't know what kind PK's friend is yet :)
