The flashing adverts in the crossword section are becoming intolerable. In any case, is it likely that anyone with he brains to do a crossword is going to be taken by an advert telling them that they are the 1 millionth (or whatever) visitor?

I like this discussion. If you've had anything to do with online advertising you'll realise the answer is "yes, a lot more than you would think is reasonable".
