Where's My Submit Button Gone?

What browser are you using? If it's IE9/10 you might need to click the torn piece of paper at the end of the address bar.

By disappeared do you mean that it isn't clickable, or that it's really just not there?

Hi Ed...I use a Google nexus tablet,so its google I guess.
The word 'submit' is not there...but it seems if I tap the area where it should be,I can still submit. Weird. And its not on all threads...it is missing on this one...but it could reappear next time I reply.


PS...just tapped the space where 'submit' *should* be....and it suddenly nappes red.

I was having the same problem at home over the weekend. When replying to a post the 'submit' button was ghosted off. Did have that problem with submitting a new question though.

not sure if its a browser thing, as I'm at work and its fine.

I have this problem sometimes. The submit button is there but it is very sometimes and not others. I have to keep bashing the place where it should be.I use a Toshiba Tablet.

Have you tried http://m.theanswerbank.co.uk/ on the tablet? It's optimised for touch so should be easier regardless.

My Kindle Fire does this too. It is mighty annoying too. I typed up a long answer to a Q the other day but the submit button kept ignoring me. It only seems to be on this site. My PC has no problem at all submitting answers.

Kindle is mainly for playing games under the duvet - computer games that is.
