It's So Slow On Here Today

Anyone else having a go slow on AB today, any other site I've been on is OK, AB is taking ages to change from one question to another or to enter an answer.
I've cleared my Cache, run a scan, even de-fragged, no change.
IE 7 + BT BB
Any ideas?
