The Site Rules are not draconian, and merely ask members to be decent to each other and not be abusive. If people cannot follow that simple ethos, then they should not be allowed to participate.
I do not know the criteria for suspensions or permanant bans. I assume a suspension is like a 'sin bin', a cooling off period. A premature lifting of the cooling off time would, in my opinion, be counter productive.
