Hi Ed, I need to change my email address on my private details. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password word! Any suggestions?

If you go on "my profile2 you can edit your profile including your email address

Can't change password as got old email address which is not in use any more.

How do I get to my profile?

Just overwrite it with the new one and then do the same in the confirm emailbox
Then press submit
