Am I alone in getting a bit more than frustrated after contacting ED regarding matters on this site..to receive a thank you..we will be in touch soon..and absolutely NOTHING ever comes back thereafter....humph and double humph

I've had both responses - i.e. a simple thank you then nothing and on other occasions a reply more in depth. It varies.

I've also found the moderation far more stringent rather than the other way around. I've also garnered that any comments to Ed about other users, moderation, suspensions etc are fruitless. Chill Minty we all love you x
