Sub-Topics Missing

The drop-down menu under the message entry box which somes up on new threads input from the Home Page doesn't go down to sub-topic level (hence my Premier League post under Sport rather than Football).

Some of you don't appear to be reading the full question (apologies if I'm mistaken). I am NOT referring to the VIEW ALL CATEGORIES box.

Start on the HOME page and enter a question. As soon as you click into the ASK box (which contains the words "Enter Your Question Title Here") , two further boxes appear below it, one for the body of the question, and below that you get a pull-down menu "Please select a Category" which on activating lists all main topics but no sub-topics and no plus signs (at least not on my screen - Safari under Apple iMac).

Aren't you supposed to select the category first and then post the question. That's how I always do it anyway.
