Browser Hijacked
15 Answers
This happens regularly when browsing AB using chrome on my Samsung mobile. The page changes (without me clicking anything) and I get taken to either a spam page about virus' or winning something, most irritatingly the phone vibrates when in the page. The only way to get out is to close the browser tab.
I have run malwarebytes and Norton AntiVirus without finding anything. Does anyone else using Samsung devices on AB have this problem?

I have had this on my Galaxy for the first time in the last week - I never usually acess AB on my phone but I was abroad. The address was something like us.93147.site/bobo...... Said I had 4 virus attacks, kept vibrating and wanted me to download some antivirus. The only way to get rid of it was switching off mobile data.
Computers I am able to understand ( although still learning ) but mobile Phones completely leave me confused. The mobile phone I use, for emergency purposes only, could well have been one that Noah had aboard the Ark.
Anyway, I recall having read on the internet that Chrome is Not the best of Browsers and can be problematic with some sites. It might follow therefore that Answerbank has a conflict problem with Chrome, just as it is known to have with Internet Explorer.
Best I can suggest......Change your Browser.
Hans.

Abby Sure watch) and Good Wife ( someone remotely ( oops NSA -two geeks named Frick and Frack) activates a screen in their board romm and listens in )

( Bam Bam it gets around the american law on giving notice - as every machine has it so they dont have to admit some machines are doctored - a theme in the Wire ( American Series) )
