Recently, I've been troubled by those stupid "Win an Iphone" things. Since then, AB routinely shuts me out. I have to admit, I rarely log out and thus this could be a problem.

This morning I was locked out on all three devices - lappy, phone and tablet, all using different browsers. Yet I can get in on another device where I am not constantly logged in.

Is this something I should worry about?

Hi Ed. sandyRoe also posted about this this morning and as you know I've been whinging about it to you in Ed's Blog. It does seem a lot better but still pops up. What concerns me is that it does seem to know something about our email addresses- my messages always refer to me as a faithful sky user, and others have had them referring to them as faithful virgin/talktalk/BT users- presumably their email providers

The Sky/Virgin/BT thing is likely to be related to your internet service provider. All websites you visit are able to see your IP address, and your IP address tells them who your internet provider is, and this is probably the information they are picking up on. They won't have access to your email address.
