I have solved my AB problems by using Google Chrome alongside Windows Edge. Sub-Categories appear every time now and the Print Box works fine. Windows Edge can be a bit of a pain, so I use it sparingly. Thought I would let you know.
I am keeping a look out for bad Ads just in case of virus.

Windows 10 is the operating system, Windows Edge is the browser that comes with it

We have latest Windows 10 Version 1803. Edge is the Browser supposedly but not a very good one
