Should the links in the Latest Posts section take you to the first page of the thread in question as it does currently, or should it be changed to take you to the last page of the thread?

I don't think it is worth any major effort to change, but if it is a simple change then for me last page would be preferable.

I don't know why anyone would be questioning why we should have a poll on this when at the time of writing the opinion is exactly divided - clearly it isn't an obvious issue. Heaven forbid we consider that maybe people would like the opportunity to voice their opinion on the matter before we implement something lots of members may not like. We are damned if we do ask and damned if we don't.

And why such a simple question has to turn into a spat between members, I don't know.

And when you do enter a thread via Latest Posts, providing more than 20 answers (1 page) have been posted you get the "First Previous 1 2 3 Last" options

No point changing it if there isn't a clear winner, Spath - as it's just reversing what we have now so we'd be simply annoying the other half of the AB population!
