I have bought a new Laptop but am unable to log in, cannot remember my password. I have tried requesting a new one but getting no response.
Help please.

Thank you my friends, went back to my posts to AB 2009
when I had requested a new password so having used that
password but it logs me in as poortony rather than
poorclare as I am now BUT originally in 2005 I had been
logged in as poorclare. Does this make sense ?? sorry
I shall e-mail get in touch with Ed later.
