I have to ask... why? //
It was only a lighthearted suggestion because this category usually features the same handful of people hogging the latest posts list to the exclusion of areas of wider interest.
It's not as if any of the threads reach any conclusion.
However, I agree that (as has been mentioned) one or two other categories can at times hog the latest list, so that's why I've changed my view from the OP, to take up Corby's suggestion of a longer list.
