Advert Playing Noise

If anyone can help with the URL for that advert that is playing noise on The AnswerBank, it would be much appreciated.

It's tricky because, when I click on the video ads at the foot of page, the link doesn't work. (Right-clicking on a video ad doesn't do anything either. The context menu that comes up is no different to the one that is displayed when clicking on a blank area of the page).

All I can say at the moment is that it's a video ad for Aviva insurance.

It's just appeared again. Clicking on it went to track.celtra.com, which immediately redirected to here:
