I think TTT could be considered protected, as someone (gromit i think) as recently listed maybe a dozen previous banned user names for ToratoraTora and his been suspended several times as TTT in the last few months but always comes back. But I like TTT and am glad his here. Less sure about gulliver but I can see his good for clicks and his entitled to his views
