I've tried unsuccessfully to get one, after doing a full reset on my iPad and updating it to IOS 17 I can't sight in on it but I can on my iPhone , my iPad is my preferred way though I've used the link provide but nothing happens

Just went into my profile, scrolled down and there was an option to change password

Yes, you should get a code to the email you use for this site,you enter the code to get to new password , I have tried but no emails

At that page, you need to add the new password twice, and the old password once:

1) Click the "Change Password" button and then enter the new password twice in the boxes revealed

2) Under "Your current password", enter your existing password

3) Click the "Submit" button

CALMCK, in order to change your password you need to confirm the current one so I don't know if that is the issue.

Bobbi - are you sure that you are using the correct email address?  For some reason, I use a backup email address.

Is your email address on ab up-to-date.is email gone to spam?
