If you use The AnswerBank in incognito mode, you want to accept and allow third-party cookies so that the donation banner doesn't keep appearing.
It maybe naïve inconsideration, or it may be foolish arrogance for AnswerBank to use a system which requires users of its piddling website to alter their computer settings for all the other websites they wish to use on their computers.
Of all the websites I enter I have never come across anything like it.
