That means that many of the usual problems associated with getting avatars to show up can be eliminated. Therefore it's likely to be a problem at AB's end, rather than at yours.

Noseynose recently had exactly the same problem.  (i.e. his avatar got as far as his profile page but no further).  It was resolved after he sent an email to the Ed.  So you might like to see if you can get the same positive response from an email to
