Our government is well aware of the war, so don't need telling, and these marches create disruption and cost a fortune in police resources and clear-ups but what purpose do they really serve?  None as far as I can see.  Neither side is going to be persuaded by mobs in other countries waving flags and shouting.  An absolutely futile exercise.
