Which person here or gone, would you like to go to dinner with, for me it would have to be someone like John Lennon for his wit and charm

who's that then?
Albert Einstein, what a genius!
Marge Ondur, the great Swedish poet.

Rory Bremner, then I could show off my Cliff Richard impersonation of "Living Doll"
My fantasy dinner party would consist of:

Oscar Wilde, Stephen Fry, Jane Austen, Simon Cowell,
Winston Churchill, Bill Clinton, and a selection of my close friends.

That isn't cheating, is it?
jack the ripper but I would have to have an armed guard. lol
Tony Robinson, could listen to his voice all night.
Nelson Mandela.
or
Paul O'Grady.
it's gotta be someone who can make me laugh, so probably
Billy Connolly.
salla.....Paul bl00dy O'Grady......!!!!!!!!!
I think Paul O'Grady is brilliant.
However, a strange bedfellow for Nelson Mandela I must admit.

Ok then - Johnny Cash. Although methinks he might be a bit miserable, but I think Nelson would cheer him up a bit.

;-)
salla....sure you wouldn't prefer my Cliff Richard impersonation?..............Paul bl00dy O'Grady !!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's gotta be better than Rory Boring Bremner FGS !!!!

You mention your Cliff Living Doll impression again - it must be good ?!
Reginald Bosanquet would be a laugh....

Yes - that's my line up; Nelson Mandela, Johnny Cash, Reginald Bosanquet and Paul O'Grady. Oh, and I would sit on Johnny Depp's lap.

Zac LOL..." .man who sits on jockey's lap, gets hot tip"
I must admit Zac - they were the first ones that came to mind. With a question with as much seriousness as this, I really need a day or two to think about it.
But Nelson - definitely.
I shall warn him off ever having anything to do with that awful Winnie woman again.
The Dalai Lama to ask him why in his previous incarnation (since he's supposed to be the same reincarnated soul) he was so chummy with Hitler, and why he's such a nice guy this time round.
