Skiing and Site changes

Dear All,

I hope you are all having a good day today, I certainly am.

I only have a couple of things to mention and ask you about really.

Firstly: How do you think the site is going? Has it improved since September? What are your current thoughts on editorial policy regarding the Weekend Ed and the Late Ed?

We thought it might be a good time to open a dialogue with you all again regarding the site and the changes which have happened so far. We've recently tidied up the topics [+] and the [Refresh] button as well as adding a whole number of editors tools.

Secondly: JoggerJayne wrote an interesting answer the other week which I thought should not be
resigned to shuffling off the page like all the other answers:

I'm assuming this is why some of the threads lose the last words on each line, or is there another reason for this happening ?

Along with no doubt, our AB Spare Ed.

It is my view that some folk are rude,
And a few of our members are extremely crude.

But all will be sorted, I hope in due time,

I have not read the previous but I only have a few issues
1) inconsistancies with moderating- some days threads/users are zapped other times they are left to continue their abusive posts for days at a time.
2) avatars- yes maybe its not the be and end all of this site but it was promised a long time ago now, still no sign of anything useful.
3) the "mark as best" answer header, will this be implemented at some point?

Hi again B00,

You are certainly not letting down our side.

Secretly (if that's possible) I do call upon Ron the Ridiculous Rhymer to computerise cards for friends; with a silly but appropriate verses.

In fact, Ron is now waiting for the time it becomes possible to insert graphics etc. into the columns of AB.

I hope the Spare Ed reads what I have said to you and takes note.
