I agree with redman 41 that it is important to remember both your password and username if you are logging in to AB.

You could of course do what I have done and have an icon on the desktop of your computer which , with a click, takes you straight to your profile; without any signing-in formalities. It's easy enough to set up:-

Sign -in....get your profile page ....click the icon in the bar which identifies your page and, whilst holding it down, slide it off into a blank space on your computer's screen.
( you may need to reduce the page size of AB to have a blank screen area around it.)

I only hope I have explained things in a practical way.
