It is against Site Rules.

Multiple user names are a problem if used maliciously.

If they're not they're unlikely to draw attention and therefore remain.

Yes Umm, we are, after all, human.

For example, if Joe wanted to ask a very personal question he might want to do it "undercover" - I would be unlikely to notice that as it causes no harm.
