The AnswerBank Upgrades, Fixes and Feedback

Dear All,

We have an exciting new AnswerBank to unveil to you lucky souls tomorrow. We should be making the change at around 3pm.

We've got some new features and a lick of paint for you all. I'd like to have a feedback session straight after. So can anyone with an opinion pop in here tomorrow afternoon (15:15?) and we'll go through any issues you've noticed. Or, alternatively, you can just hurl abuse at myself and the technical team.

Also: there will certainly be cake.

I don't like it (said in Andy from Little Britain voice!) The date and time look too much a part of the answers and not keen on position of the 'number of answers'. Do like addition of 'Last answered by' bit though!

where are you all seeing this 'last answered' business? ive searched and looked on the page everywhere but to no avail. i cant see anything of the sort...

It's on your profile, when you go to 'My Questions' it's near the information about how many times a questions been answered.

ah ha! found that! but apparantly you can see how many minutes ago someone posted on the right hand panel where it says 'lastest posts'

Yeah I see that too! I'ts just to the right of all the other information, similar to how it used to be I think!

Has AB actually switched over to a new format. To me there doesn't seem to be any difference; except the e/mail to a subscribed thread is more lengthy.
