the Type Your Answer Here thing was happening last night. The Submit button was live all the time and if you clicked it it posted the message. It seems to have been fixed now. It is greyed out until you type the first couple of letters of a post. Obviously the techies haven't told the Ed, probably because they don't want to admit they messed it up in the first place.

Are there any plans to automatically subscribe to a question that you ask? I notice that a lot of times you answer people and you never hear again from the person that asked the question. I believe most people are not so rude as to not say thanks or even answer a question that is asked of them (like a request for more information). So I can only think that it is because the person has not subscribed to there own question and so not actually know that there is a reply.

I think that if I'd asked a question I would go back and look at whether I'd had an answer.
Some people don't reply beacasue they are rude/selfish but I think some just don't know how to reply- i.e. by responding to their own question

Maybe you are right factor. But I still think an automatic subscription to your own question may help a bit.

By the way, I do like the new adjustments to the site.
