Very, very slow download

For the past week or two AnswerBank seems to take ages to download and appear on my screen. I play a game of cards while I'm waiting! I've tried Firefox and I.E. but it makes no difference. It's not the same visiting other websites so I can't think there is something wrong with my computer. Am I alone or do others have this problem?
