Can anyone tell me the name of the music on the new coke advert where it says something like "for the real fans"?

the music was made for the advert. It suggests that people who follow the coca cola leagues are the "real fans" whereas people who support Premiership sides are just glory hunters etc...

The song is called "Heart of It All" - the band is called The Real Band and its coming out as a single on Mr Bongo records on May 31st
