You can use a friend or relatives address to get cheaper car insurance .....-providing your car is parked there overnight
Hear of lots of moans of expensive insurance - when quotes are actually quite reasonable compared to the sodomy i have to endure, but saying that your Manchester postcode if it is inner city will basically rule you out with 99% of insurers
High risk driver - yes
High risk postcode -computer says NO

Tip, car insurance companies know if you are lying so be honest as they can find out. I know someone who said their car was kept in a garage at their property. After it got damaged in the middle of the night they did not pay up. Why?? Because they used Google Earth and could zoom in on their house and see no garage!
Insurance quotes can change for unknown reasons but after looking around you can get better quotes but are you compromising cover?
I have had insurance companies give all sorts of reasons for a increased price, my last reason was that there had been a lot of accidents in my postcode over the last yeat...funny as the postcode only overs one business - mine and we have not claimed on any insurances.
I mess around with the search engine to work out the individual companies criterior, I have added my 21 year old wife on our Jaguar X type but my 50 year old mother costs me more even though she has a better record.
