hmmm, i remember the line and i'm thinking some sort of chip advert?  as in every one's a fluufy one (ie every chip is fluffy, not evryone is fluffy) must have been early/mid eighties

Yes Kazza, I remember a chip being broken in half and a close up of light, fluffy potato inside it, but I cannot recall whose advert it was.  Oven chips?

You know, I was full-on with the fluffy-chip thing, 'till I read the Ermintrude answer, can't remember the tea-cake, (after all, there is only one, and that's Tunnock's), but I remember that mouse, cutsey, girly, kinda thing.

ermintrude is right, I remember the line from Marshmallow cakes too. Must have been the 1970's.
