Who is the girl parachuting in on Channel 38 on Freeview?

For those of you who have Freeview you may have heard of the Quest channel on channel 38. In the evening there is usually a show called "How it's made" and just before the adverts start a young blond girl parachutes in from above and jumps on to a bed.

Does anyone here know who this girl is and where can I find out more about her?
