If it is the music used for the new VW Golf GTI advert then it is by Mint Royale and is a remix of 'Singing In The Rain', possibly called 'Waiting in the rain'.  It is getting released and it will probably be available sometime in June, the album is called 'See you in the morning' if this is the one you mean.  You might be able to download it here, not certain though.
