It must be The IT Crowd- a US comedy show from quite a few years ago

The US show is a remake of the British comedy of the same name starring Chris O' Dowd and Richard Ayoade. There were 3 or 4 series to date and it can be bought on DVD, very good in my opinion! I haven't seen the advert, so can't comment, sorry!
