I've never really noticed that ad, so I'm not sure if this is the same version of the song, but the most famous version is by Andy Williams.

BTW, the song is called Can't Take My Eyes Off You,

Here is a 4MB download of the ad.

It certainly isn't the well known versions by MM, AW or Boys Town Gang. It sounds like the group are an electric guitar based male combo.
