This was bugging me for a while. I found the answer for myself at the official Levis site, hence the quoted:
"The music is a Jeff Wayne adaptation of Georg-Friedrich Haendel's "Sarabande", Harpsichordsuite No. 11 in D minor, Book 2 (1727)."
It will be released by Levis as a single apparently later this year.
