Sky "dog and duck" ad

In the dog and duck ad for Sky currently driving me mad on Sky One, there is music playing in the background which used to feature in a children's TV programme.  What is it?  Is it "The Herbs"?  Please help!

I've only seen this trailer once and was thinking the same thing !!

I think it's an Oliver Postgate/Smallfilm programme but not quite sure which one.

I'll let you know if I find out.
